Quarterly pick ups are scheduled the week after bottling in March, June, September and December.  Dates will be communicated in advance via email.  Bottles can be picked up during normal business hours but cannot be shipped.  Pick up locations cannot be transferred without prior written approval.

You can pre-select any one of our five distillery locations for pick up - Charlottesville, Nelson County, Richmond, Roanoke, or Virginia Beach.  

Yes!  Members will get a quarterly newsletter in addition to a reminder the Friday before member pick up begins.

You can log into your dashboard and see your membership options at anytime. Simply go to store.threenotchdbrewing.com and click on the account button in the upper right hand corner.  The member dashboard gives you complete control over your subscription and is great for monitoring upcoming orders and member events. You can always contact us directly from your account with any questions or changes you need.

We have hand selected four unique releases for this year and bottled exactly enough for the One Five One Club so we are unable to swap orders.

Memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable but cancellation of your renewal can be processed at any time by logging into your membership portal or emailing us at club@threenb.com.

There are currently no options to ship bourbon based on legal hurdles.  Which means you have to show your gorgeous face at the Three Notch'd location tied to your membership four times a year!
