FBC Member Pick Up Night is the second Monday of every month. We invite you to join the party but if you are unable to attend you are welcome to grab your beers anytime before the end of the month. Orders that are being shipped are packed and shipped that same week. When will I get my beer?
Where can I pick it up?
You can pre-select any one of our six retail locations for pick up - Charlottesville, Nelson County, Richmond, Roanoke, Harrisonburg or Virginia Beach.
Will you remind me?
Yes! Members will get a monthly newsletter in addition to a reminder the Friday before member pick up begins.
Can I log in and view my account?
You can log into your dashboard and see your membership options at anytime. Simply go to store.threenotchdbrewing.com and click on the account button in the upper right hand corner. The member dashboard gives you complete control over your subscription and is great for monitoring upcoming orders and member events. You can always contact us directly from your account with any questions or changes you need.
Can I choose my beer / change / swap my order?
Negative Ghost Rider. The main goal of the club is to make this as easy as possible, and most importantly as "FRESH" as possible. That means that we have selected our beers based on extremely tight deadlines around their brew dates to ensure freshness. We are happy to work with our members in the cases of allergies or extenuating circumstances. Just let the staff know if there's an issue, and we'll work it out.
Can I pause or cancel my membership
Of course! Members can pause their membership or skip a month at anytime. This is super helpful if you are out of town or unable to take advantage of membership in a particular month.
We also allow friends and family to pick up on your behalf, as long as they are 21+. All they need is your name and/or email address so we can access your order.
We also allow for a free swap to our NA beer if you are having a dry month! Please contact us!

What happens if I sign up after the 7th of the month?
Your membership will officially begin the following month. We know some of you will be bummed about this, but this club is built around fresh beer and limited releases. The only way we can provide the best experience possible is by having a hard cut-off.
How do I get my monthly member pint cards?
Great question! Show up on Member Pick up Night! Members will get 3 pint cards to use for draft pours anytime!
*Secret Math - if you pick up on member night then you are essentially getting the same value back for your membership in pint cards every month! I'm sure we didn't do that on purpose . . .
How does Shipping work?
It's pretty simple. You must be 21 or older and live in the great state of VA. Shipping is provided by UPS with secure packaging. You will be updated on tracking status just like any other online purchase via email or text. We ship orders around the same time as member day to ensure everyone gets the same quality, fresh beer.
**There is a limit to a maximum of 2 Cases (48/12oz cans) per address as required by Virginia ABC laws.
