FBC Member Pick Up Night is the second Monday of every month, or Wednesday in Nelson County. We invite you to join the party but if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to grab your beers any time before the end of the month. Orders that are being shipped are packed and shipped that same week. If you would like to switch your order or need to change your pickup location, log in to your account or send an email to club@threenb.com

Beers not picked up by the last day of the month will be forfeited.

When redeeming their membership, they can choose any one of our six retail locations for pickup (Charlottesville, Richmond, Roanoke, Harrisonburg, Nelson County or Virginia Beach).  Directions and order status will be updated/emailed during their signup and pickup process! If any changes need to be made after the fact, they can email club@threenb.com!

Yes! Members will get a monthly newsletter reminding them of their pickup! We also recommend that they join our Facebook group

Once logged into their dashboard, they'll have complete control over their subscription  the ability to see their history and modify their upcoming order. They can also always contact us directly at club@threenb.com with any questions or changes needed!

No swapping is allowed unless in the case of allergies or extenuating circumstances (in which case, please email us!).  The main goal of the club is to make this as easy as possible, and most importantly as FRESH as possible. That means that we have selected our beers based on extremely tight deadlines around their brew dates to ensure freshness. 

Their membership will officially begin the following month. We know some of you will be bummed about this, but this club is built around fresh beer and limited releases. The only way we can provide the best experience possible is by having a hard cut-off.

Great question! Members will be able to get their 3 pint cards after Pick Up Night (2nd Monday of the month) . They MUST pick up their pint cards and beers by the end of the month or they'll be forfeited!

It's pretty simple.  They must be 21 or older and live in the great state of Virginia.  Shipping is provided by UPS with secure packaging. They will be updated on tracking status just like any other online purchase via email or text. We ship orders around the same time as member day to ensure everyone gets the same quality, fresh beer.

**There is a limit to a maximum of 2 Cases (48/12oz cans) per address as required by Virginia ABC laws.
