Ready to take your visit to the next level? Book one of our fully serviced cabanas and enjoy the ultimate VIP experience on property! Each cabana comfortably fits up to 20 guests with a mix of seating and standing space, plus a table that seats 6, a comfy sofa for 4 to 6 guests with its own table, and a high top lounge table. Our cabanas are open air with no curtains, so grab your sunglasses and get ready to soak up the sunshine!
Booking your cabana experience is easy. Simply email our events team at least 48 hours in advance at events@threenb.com with the subject line "Cabana Rental - {Event Date}." Your dedicated event manager will help you nail down your time slot, guest count, and food and beverage minimum, then guide you through food selections from our restaurant menu or special event menu, drink service, special requests, and payment details. Planning something last minute? No worries at all! Bookings within 48 hours are welcome as walk-in groups, first come, first served.
While you're here, make the most of the property. Snap a fun photo at our iconic LOVE sign, gather your crew for a game of cornhole, or kick around a soccer ball on our turf field right behind the cabanas. There's something for everyone to enjoy!

A quick note on weather: Nelson County is known for its beautiful but occasionally unpredictable skies, so we always recommend checking the forecast ahead of your reservation time. Our outdoor cabanas will soon offer overhead heaters to keep you cozy, though please note the sides are not insulated so you can fully enjoy those gorgeous mountain views. If inclement weather is in the forecast, Three Notch'd will happily cancel and refund your reservation. All other reservations are non-refundable, so we appreciate you planning ahead with us. We are always working hard to make sure your group has a great time no matter what the weather brings!

Can I bring my dog out to the cabanas?
Can I still order food and drinks at a cabana without a server?
Absolutely! You can walk up to the bar to order. Your food will be provided in take-out containers with napkins and disposable utensils. We will ask for your phone number to either call or text you when your food is ready so you may come collect it. Please ask for our WiFi password to guarantee that we can reach you as cell phone service is a bit spotty.
What if I don’t want a fully serviced experience?
We will happily take care of you as a walk-in! Depending on the day and time, we cannot guarantee that we will be staffed accordingly to provide you with a designated server.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and alcohol may not be consumed on our property. If you have questions about coming from a tour, allergies, or kids snacks/food, please reach out in advance or ask the host when you arrive.
Exceptions:
-Outside dessert is permitted - let us know in advance what you plan on bringing! We can provide you with plates, napkins, and utensils. If the dessert needs to be stored in a cooler beforehand, let us know!
-Bottles of wine may be brought in and consumed with a $25 corkage fee per bottle. We will provide you with the glassware.
