Member pickup is the second Monday of every month. After that, they can slide through any time during business hours, which vary depending on what location you selected for pickup during registration. Orders that are being shipped are typically packed within two business days and shipping times vary based on the carrier options selected during checkout.

When will they get their beer?
Where can they pick it up?
When redeeming their membership, they can choose any one of our five retail locations for pickup (Charlottesville, Richmond, Roanoke, Harrisonburg, or Virginia Beach). Directions and order status will be updated/emailed during their signup and pickup process! If any changes need to be made after the fact, they can email firstname.lastname@example.org!
Will you remind them?
Yes! Members will get reminders on when their orders are available for pickup. They can log into your dashboard and see their order status anytime. Another simple way to remember is our "Monthly Member Pickup Nights," where club members who pick up on that night will get their Member Pint Cards with their order!
how will they view their account?
They will be able to log into their dashboard and see their membership options after signing up. Simply go to store.threenotchdbrewing.com and click on the account button in the upper right hand corner. The member dashboard will give them complete control over their subscription and is great for monitoring upcoming orders and member events. They can always contact us directly from their account with any questions or changes needed!
Can they choose the beer / change / swap their order?
Negative Ghost Rider - The main goal of the club is to make this as easy as possible, and most importantly as "FRESH" as possible. That means that we have selected our beers based on extremely tight deadlines around their brew dates to ensure freshness. We are happy to work with our members in the cases of allergies or extenuating circumstances. Just let the staff know if there's an issue, and we'll work it out.
What happens if they don't sign up until after the 7th of the month?
Their membership will officially begin the following month. We know some of you will be bummed about this, but this club is built around fresh beer and limited releases. The only way we can provide the best experience possible is by having a hard cut-off.
How do they get their monthly member pint cards?
Great Question! If they show up on the 2nd Monday of every month for Member Pickup Night, they'll receive 3 pint cards to use for draft pours anytime!
*secret math - if they pick up on member night then they are essentially getting the same value back for their membership in pint cards every month! I'm sure we didn't do that on purpose....
How does Shipping work?
It's pretty simple. They must be 21 or older and live in the great state of Virginia. Shipping is provided by UPS with secure packaging. They will be updated on tracking status just like any other online purchase via email or text. We ship orders around the same time as member day to ensure everyone gets the same quality, fresh beer.
**There is a limit to a maximum of 2 Cases (48/12oz cans) per address as required by Virginia ABC laws.
