Located in the heart of Charlottesville inside IX Art Park, Three Notch’d Brewery & Craft Kitchen is our original home and main production brewery—where fresh beer, great food, and community come together.

Our brewery and craft kitchen pair rotating house-brewed beers with elevated pub fare, beer-inspired dishes, and seasonal ingredients sourced with Virginia in mind. From burgers and shareables to chef-driven plates, brunch, and craft cocktails, there’s something for every kind of gathering—whether you’re meeting friends, bringing the family, catching live music nearby, or settling in for a long happy hour.

With a lively indoor dining room, spacious covered patio, full bar, and some of the freshest beer we brew, Charlottesville remains the heart of the Three Notch’d experience.
