Job Summary:Three Notch’d is hiring for a Director of Events and Community. The Director of Events & Community is an integral part of the Three Notch’d Marketing team. In this role, you will oversee the strategy and management of our events business across our retail locations, in addition to the development and execution of our consumer and trade events, throughout the state. The Director of Events & Community additionally leads our donation and Three Notch’d Cares program.
Job Title: Part-Time Temporary Graphic Designer
Job Summary: The Temporary Graphic Designer will support our Marketing department for a 3-month project. This role will perform a wide variety of graphic design projects from print to digital media and graphics.
Job Title: Assistant General Manager
Job Summary: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services. This role will directly support the General Manager with various tasks involved in the overall operation of the restaurant. This includes maximizing sales and profitability by developing staff, driving top line sales, and controlling expenses through inventory and schedule management.
Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Summary: Supervises, delegates and works hands-on in kitchen functions with kitchen and receiving personnel to ensure quality of food, timeliness of food service, proper food and kitchen labor cost and a safe and sanitary kitchen facility; interviews, hires, trains and develops kitchen management and line personnel.

Job Summary: The Sous Chef oversees kitchen operations by supporting and training the Line Cooks and other Kitchen Staff.
Job Title: Bartender
Job Summary: This position plays a major role in a guest’s bar experience at Three Notch’d Brewing (3NB) Company. A bartender must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. A bartender should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.
Job Title: Line Cook
Job Summary: Sets up cooking stations (cold side, broil, sauté, deep-fry, pasta, etc.) with product, supplies, utensils and equipment; portions, cooks (cold assembly, broil, sauté, fry etc.) and plates and garnishes meals for delivery to the customers.
Job Title: Server
Job Summary: The server position is vital to achieving excellent front-of-house customer service at Three Notch’d Brewing Company. Duties will mostly include taking food and drink orders, and ensuring guests are properly served and all payments are collected.
Job Title: Support Staff
Job Summary: This position is the first, and last person, our guests will interface with. This role requires an individual who can learn and work in multiple support roles such as hosting, food running and barbacking. This position directly assists servers and bartenders to ensure a seamless guest experience and provides direct service to guests as needed.

Job Summary: Washes, stores, and stocks all plateware, glassware, silverware, food storage containers, cooking supplies and other small equipment; maintains dishwasher area and surrounding kitchen work areas in a sanitary, safe and efficient manner

Job Summary: The Warehouse and Logistics Technician maintains organization, storage, and delivery of brewery products in the warehouse. Performs any combination of receiving, storing and distributing goods in the warehouse.

The Sous Chef assists the Chef de Cuisine by managing kitchen production and employees. The Sous Chef is primarily responsible for cooking all food orders in an efficient manner. In addition, the Sous Chef prepares food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe sanitary work environment. The Sous Chef always ensures quality consistency by following recipe cards and production and portion standards. The Sous Chef is expected to serve as an example for the other Cooks to aspire to by continually going above and beyond. Also, the Sous Chef plays a key role in ensuing a sufficient inventory is maintained in order to meet daily needs, record deliveries, deal with discrepancies and assist with storage. The Sous Chef is highly knowledgeable about the proper use of kitchen equipment including but not limited to steamers, ovens, mixers, grills and dishwashing equipment.
