General Manager-Virginia Beach Craft Kitchen and Brewery

Job Title: General Manager
Job Summary: The Virginia Beach GM is responsible for the Front of House operations of the Three Notch’d Virginia Beach Craft Brewery and Kitchen, and works closely with Back of House, brewery, finance, marketing and events departments. The General Manager is critical to the ensuring the restaurant operates successfully while delivering on company objectives and goals set by the organization.

Executive Chef- Virginia Beach Craft Kitchen and Brewery

Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Summary: Supervises, delegates and works hands-on in kitchen functions with kitchen and receiving personnel to ensure quality of food, timeliness of food service, proper food and kitchen labor cost and a safe and sanitary kitchen facility; interviews, hires, trains and develops kitchen management and line personnel.

Executive Chef- Charlottesville Craft Kitchen and Brewery

Job Title: Executive Chef

Sous Chef-Charlottesville Craft Kitchen and Brewery

Job Title: Sous Chef
Job Summary: The Sous Chef oversees kitchen operations by supporting and training the Line Cooks and other Kitchen Staff. The Sous Chef assists the Chef de Cuisine by managing kitchen production and employees. The Sous Chef is primarily responsible for cooking all food orders in an efficient manner. In addition, the Sous Chef prepares food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe sanitary work environment. The Sous Chef always ensures quality consistency by following recipe cards and production and portion standards. The Sous Chef is expected to serve as an example for the other Cooks to aspire to by continually going above and beyond. Also, the Sous Chef plays a key role in ensuing a sufficient inventory is maintained in order to meet daily needs, record deliveries, deal with discrepancies and assist with storage. The Sous Chef is highly knowledgeable about the proper use of kitchen equipment including but not limited to steamers, ovens, mixers, grills and dishwashing equipment.

Job Title: Line Cook
Job Summary: Sets up cooking stations (cold side, broil, sauté, deep-fry, pasta, etc.) with product, supplies, utensils and equipment; portions, cooks (cold assembly, broil, sauté, fry etc.) and plates and garnishes meals for delivery to the customers.

Server-Charlottesville Craft Kitchen and Brewery

Job Summary: The server position is vital to achieving excellent front-of-house customer service Three Notch’d Brewing Company. Duties will mostly include taking food and drink orders, and ensuring guests are properly served and all payments are collected.

Job Title: Packaging Technician
Job Summary: Individuals will perform packaging activities efficiently and safely, incorporating quality in every bottle, keg, can and case within company specifications and schedules. This includes kegging, bottling, canning and warehousing. Must be able to work any shift in a 24-hour period.

Warehouse Fulfillment Technician-Charlottesville Craft Brewery

Job Title: Warehouse Fulfillment Technician
Job Summary: The Warehouse Fulfillment Technician serves as temporary labor for putting together canned beer variety packs in our warehouse. The needs of this role are subject to product demand from off-premise retailers.

Taproom Manager-RVA Collab House

Job Title: Taproom Manager
Job Summary: The Taproom Manager is responsible for management of all aspects of the Three Notch’d Richmond Collab House, and works closely with finance, marketing and events staff. The Taproom Manager is responsible for seeking new collaborations and growth of our brand. The Taproom Manager will also supervise staff working in the Collab House, manage and coordinate inventory with brewery production workers, execute a variety of events throughout the year, and assist in the strategic planning and budgeting for the tap room.
