CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER

Job Summary:This position is the first, and last person, our guests will interface with. This role requires an individual who can learn and work in multiple support roles such as hosting, food running and barbacking. This position directly assists servers and bartenders to ensure a seamless guest experience and provides direct service to guests as needed.

Job Summary:Sets up cooking stations (cold side, broil, sauté, deep-fry, pasta, etc.) with product, supplies, utensils and equipment; portions, cooks (cold assembly, broil, sauté, fry etc.) and plates and garnishes meals for delivery to the customers.
Sous Chef | Cville
Job Summary:The Sous Chef oversees kitchen operations by supporting and training the Line Cooks and other Kitchen Staff. The Sous Chef assists the Chef de Cuisine by managing kitchen production and employees. The Sous Chef is primarily responsible for cooking all food orders in an efficient manner. In addition, the Sous Chef prepares food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe sanitary work environment.

Shift brewer | Cville
Job Summary:The shift brewer is based at our main production facility, operating our 20bbl 2-vessel. Aspects of this system includes milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, hop additions, whirlpool, and wort cooling. In addition, the brewer is responsible for pre- and post-cleaning and sanitation of all transfer lines and vessels.
Brewer Trainee | Cville
Job Summary:The Brewer Trainee is based at our main production facility. This individual will have an opportunity to work in the brewery and gain practical hands-on experience while learning the technical side of brewing. The Brewer Trainee is expected to be punctual, self-motivated, and have strong attention to detail.

Job Summary: The Warehouse Fulfillment Technician serves as temporary labor for putting together canned beer variety packs in our warehouse. The needs of this role are subject to product demand from off-premise retailers.

Job Summary: The Warehouse Distribution Technician maintains the inventory and brewery product supply needs in the warehouse. This individual keeps an accurate inventory of brewery products, forecasts production needs and assists with the distribution of brewery products. Must be able to work any shift in a 24-hour period.
Packaging Technician | cville
Job Summary: Individuals will perform packaging activities efficiently and safely, incorporating quality in every bottle, keg, can and case within company specifications and schedules. This includes kegging, bottling, canning and warehousing. Must be able to work any shift in a 24-hour period.
