Join Harrisonburg NORML for our monthly discussion about the emerging cannabis market in the Commonwealth.

We’ll discuss national legislative actions, Virginia NORML activities, supporting/lobbying for Virginia medical expansion and decriminalization legislation in 2018, and garnering support for reform from Harrisonburg City Council.
