Elated Coconut is back and better than ever. We decided this rendition of our ongoing collaboration with homebrewers extraordinaire Rob and Seamane deserved the barrel treatment. Half of this batch of Chocolate Porter matured in Rum barrels, while the other half went to Bourbon barrels. Once out of the oak, it got the usual coconut treatment.
They’ll be a new sour beer tapped as well! Apricot “Beacon” Berliner Weiss will be making it’s debut. We took our Beacon Berliner Weiss and added over a pound per gallon of Apricot. We like to think the fruit rounded Beacon out perfectly.
Just confirmed, MWO Food Truck will be spending the evening at Grady Ave, just like the old days!
